Eric Barton was a guest this week on WBUR’s “Here & Now,” which is broadcast on more than 380 NPR member stations across the country, to discuss his story¬†“Florida’s Toll Lane Boom.”

Barton’s reporting found that the state’s new toll lane projects, derisively¬†called “Lexus Lanes,” began following state-funded reports that were written by a think tank that receives funding from toll lane developers.

On “Here & Now,” Barton explained that Florida’s toll lane projects have received little public input and no one knows what they will cost in the end.
